PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction of a weight sensor and damage of wiring for taking out output of the weight sensor. SOLUTION: In the commercial use cooker in which a cooking pan is tilted at an optional angle by fixing a pair of right and left rotating shafts 4 and 4 to a cooking pan 1, supporting these rotating shafts by bases 5 and 6 respectively, and rotationally driving the rotating shafts by a driving means provided in one of the bases, a connecting base 7 connecting the bottoms of the bases is provided, weight sensors 8, 9 and 10 are arranged nearly in the centers of the connecting bases and one position of each of the bases, and the weight of cooked objects stored in the cooking pan is detected by output of these weight sensors.
