The current invention is a plate with nails and clamps incorporated of surgical steel for fixing fractures of cylindrical bones of small animals; once the fracture is reduced, it is drilled the proximal and distal bone from the fracture and the nails are placed penetrating the two cortices for then adjusting the same using a pincer that put pressure on the clamps around the bone, which provides enough stability by means of the neutralization of the different forces acting over the fracture, getting the bone fixed without damaging other adjacent tissues to the bone, with a minimum cost and a considerable reduction in the steps and duration of the surgical intervention.
