<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability of a golf club set when striking and the correctness of ball striking direction by making the increase in the moment of inertia around the center of gravity G of a head, and the decrease in an equivalent simple pendulum length (Lp) around a hosel hole center axis compatible with each other. SOLUTION: A driver has a head mass (M) of 0.20 (kg), the moment of inertia around the center of gravity of a golf club head in vertical direction from the hosel hole center axis (Ig) of 0.00018 (kgm2), an equivalent simple pendulum length (Lp) around a hosel hole center axis of 0.06 (m), and a central axis distance (r) of 0.03 (m).</p> |
