<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system for operating industrial wastes disposal plants with a long-term stability and planning. SOLUTION: While the receiving management section manages in real-time information of various indexes for the wastes brought into the plant, the optimal operation section figures and applies the optimal incineration conditions of a furnace based on information of the indexes made available to them by the former. The latter also sends the information on the optimal conditions to the overseeing section of incineration, 'feed-forward', receives the observed data from the overseeing section and reflects it to adjust for still better incineration conditions, 'feedback'. It is recommended to add another section that drafts an operation plan for the plant using the compiled indexes data, under which the entire plant is operated smoothly to incinerate the wastes daily brought in. With the concepts of feed-forward and feedback, this system offers the disposal plant a very efficient and stable operation.</p> |
