<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wastewater treatment equipment which can improve the treatment performance to organic wastewater due to the improvement in stirring performance to the water to be treated including the organic wastewater. SOLUTION: This wastewater treatment equipment 10 includes an air diffusing device 12 provided with a plurality of diffusing holes and connected to a blower B on the inside of a sidewall of a treatment tank 11 of substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having upper haunches Hu and lower haunches Hs. In the treatment tank 11 a baffle plate 1 of substantially flat shape is positioned near an upper haunch Hu on a sidewall opposing to a sidewall on which the diffusing device 12 is located. In the wastewater treatment equipment 10, air is supplied from the diffusing device 12 to the organic wastewater supplied into the treatment tank 11 and mixed with biological sludge, to from a one-way spiral flow F1. At that time, the spiral flow is rectified by the baffle plate 1 to prevent a vortex which has been a problem.</p> |
