PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable perforating, volume reducing and cap removing of a PET bottle with a cap, not by manual work. SOLUTION: The perforating, volume reducing and cap removing machine is provided with rotary needle drums 1 comprising two rotating bodies having the same shapes and a number of cap passing through holes 3 and the same number of perforation needles 2, pivoted juxtaposingly and horizontally on a box-shaped case with a prescribed distance, and formed so that while the rotating bodies are made reverse rotation in synchronization and toward the inside and downward, the tip of each perforating needle 2 on each rotating body coincides with the center of the cap passing through hole 3 on the other side rotating body, and two automobile tire drums, which make rotating bodies, to which 4 pneumatic automobile tire are integrally connected on the same shaft, pivot juxtaposingly and horizontally to be in contact with each other, and make reverse rotation toward the inside and downward. And the machine is constituted of a single body or the combination of the same kind or the different kind of the bodies.
