ELECTRONIC ENDOSCOPIC INSTRUMENT FOR SIMULTANEOUSLY TAKING IN STROBOSCOPIC IMAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscopic instrument capable of simultaneously performing both of usual observation and stroboscopic observation to convert the image of stroboscopic observation to a color image. SOLUTION: A stroboscopic lamp is allowed to emit light during the light non-emitting period of a first light emitting means for supplying surface sequential light to simultaneously take in the image of a primary color component and the monochromatic image by the stroboscopic lamp. A component in three primary colors is operated from the color difference component calculated from the image of the primary color component due to the surface sequential light and the brightness component due to the monochromatic image, and the monochromatic image is colored by the stroboscopic lamp to form an image signal.
