PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the operability for fixing the inclined position of a cutting tool part and releasing the fixing of the inclined position thereof. SOLUTION: A stopper shaft 19 for fixing the inclined position of a holder 6 is provided and clamp levers 20 and 21 for operating the stopper shaft 19 are protruded to both left and right side surfaces of the holder 6 to make it possible not only to fix the inclined position of the cutting tool part 8 but also to release the fixing of the inclined position thereof on the side of a worker or on the front side of a cutter main body.
