PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual attendant-controlled wheelchair which can provide maximum riding comfort and travel on a small bump or a gravel walk. SOLUTION: The task was solved by tube of wheels, and the large fixed wheel of front wheels and the large free wheel of rear wheels.
