PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quicken a write instruction by decreasing the number of times for reading/writing a memory occupying the majority of a processing for writing a figure. SOLUTION: The image print controller comprises means for inputting a write instruction, means for interpreting the content of a write instruction inputted by the write instruction inputting means, means for writing a figure write instruction into a memory according to setting of a write attribute instruction, means for making a decision whether the memory content is altered or not from the write attribute instruction, means for writing a figure with designated write attributes if the memory content is altered, and means for omitting the figure write instruction if the memory content is not altered.
