PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural chemical sprinkling vehicle capable of easily arranging a steering handle device in a narrow cabin. SOLUTION: A steering handle device 10 is equipped with the support member 11 fixed to the floor of the cabin 1, pedestal members 12 and 13 fixed to the support member 11, the handle support member 22 fixed to the pedestal member 12, the steering handle 23 fixed to the handle support member 22, and the orbit roll 14 connected to the steering handle 23 and also fixed to the pedestal member 13.
