METHOD FOR REGENERATING PIPE LINE AND REGENERATION MATERIAL USED IN THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regenerating a pipe line which can regenerate its inner wall while controlling curing nonuniformity without needing a large apparatus for circulating a large amount of hot water and a regeneration material used in the method. SOLUTION: The regeneration material containing a curable resin and an electromagnetic wave absorbing agent which absorbs energy by the radiation with electromagnetic waves and transmits the absorbed energy to the resin is used. In the method for regenerating the pipe line, the regeneration material is fitted to the inner wall regeneration part of the pipe line and irradiated with the electromagnetic waves so that the energy of the electromagnetic waves is absorbed by the agent, and the resin is cured by the absorbed energy.
