Solid composition comprises a compound(s) increasing the shrinkage temperature of an uncured surface by at least 10 degrees C on treatment in water at 20-50 degrees C and a polymer compound(s) with 10-80 wt.% 2-40C alkyl units and with 1-10 mol./kg acid groups, preferably carboxylic and/or carboxylate groups. Solid composition comprises: (A) a compound(s) increasing the shrinkage temperature of an uncured surface by at least 10 degrees C on treatment in water at 20-50 degrees C; (B) a polymer compound(s) with 10-80 wt.% 2-40C alkyl units and with 1-10 mol./kg acid groups, preferably carboxylic and/or carboxylate groups; and optionally (C) additives. An Independent claim is also included for the preparation of the above compositions by adding an aqueous suspension and/or solution of (B) to (A) and optionally (C).
