PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely repulse noxious birds over a long period by simple repulsing operations. SOLUTION: This repulsing apparatus for the noxious birds is composed to produce a collision sound by collision of compressed air with a cross-sectional constricted part of a tube member 21 when the compressed air is blown into the contracted tube member 21 and impulsively feed a large volume of the compressed air to a whistle means 23, produce an impulsive piping sound, subsequently blow in the compressed air, thereby produce the blowing in sound of the compressed air with the tube member 21, stand the tube member 21 while assuming an indeterminate shape and produce a continuous whistling sound with the whistle means 23.
