PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional netty structure having both high fertile soil holding ability and durability, workability and environmental adaptability, and suitable as a vegetative medium. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional netty structure is such that filaments of thermoplastic resin form loops and most of their mutual contact points are joined together, being such as to have coarse structure on one side to contain an encapsulant therefor and in the majority of the structure and have dense structure made by compressing part of the filaments at least on one side as the bottom face.
