PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the spill of prize balls when a back board is opened to a storage frame. SOLUTION: A game board 6 is set and held in the storage frame 3 at the back of a front frame 2 and the back mechanism board 7 with a prize ball payoff device and the like is openably and closably mounted to the back of the storage frame 3. A spilled ball processing means 150 is installed on the back of the storage frame and in a prize-ball passage extending from a prize- ball outlet 81 of the back mechanism board 7 to the passage gutter 53 of an upper ball tray via an outlet 35 of the storage frame. In the spilled ball processing means, a ball receiving hole 171 opens oppositely to the back open face of the outlet 35 when the back mechanism board 7 is opened, and a recovery passage for allowing the prize balls received into the means to return to a lower ball tray is formed.
