PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to the change in relative positional relation between a transaxle device 5 and a transfer device 7 without requiring any large change in the transfer device 7. SOLUTION: The transfer device 7 is provided with a drive shaft 9 fed a power from the transaxle device 5 and driving the front wheels, a cylindrical shaft 22 driving the rear wheels, and a drive gear 23 transmitting the rotary drive force of the cylindrical shaft 22 to the rear wheels. The drive gear 23 and the cylindrical shaft 22 are formed into separate bodies, the drive gear 23 itself is rotatably supported to a transfer case 16 by bearings 49 and 50, and the cylindrical shaft 22 is connected to the drive gear 23 by a spline and indirectly supported to the transfer case 16 via the drive gear 23.
