PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel which is printable in full color and highly resistant to wear and further, is best suited for a small-lot production by forming a surface decorative layer composed of a transparent or a translucent resin layer which is colored in a sublimating dye. SOLUTION: A transparent or a translucent resin layer 3 composed mainly of a polyvinyl chloride resin or a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin is formed on the surface of a ground base material 1 composed of the polyvinyl chloride resin or a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin. Then the resin layer 3 is hued in the sublimating dye and a sublimating dye hued layer 4 is allowed to make the appearance of a pattern. The resin layer 3 may be further laminated with a transparent or a translucent resin sheet 5. Consequently, the pattern showing a good feel of profundity, an enriched three-dimensional sensation, a high glossiness and a sharp attractiveness, is obtained on account of the appearance of the pattern in the hued layer 4 extending in the thickness direction of the resin layer 3.
