METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POLYESTER PIPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively utilizing a recovered polyester represented by a recovered PET wherein in order to propose a method for manufacturing a polyester resin-made pipe of a stabilized shape, concretely in case of manufacture of a polyester pipe of which the molding is traditionally difficult, a method for extrusion molding of the polyester resin pipe of the stabilized shape is proposed by using a specified polyester resin, and the recovered polyester is used as a raw material for the specified polyester resin. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the polyester pipe is provided wherein the polyester resin of which the melt flow rate is <=15 g/10 min is extruded cylindrically at 260 to 310 deg.C in resin temperature, and shaped by cooling in a pipe form with a water-cooled sizing die.
