PURPOSE: An inertial moment measurement device is provided to easily measure inertial moment of massive inertial member in a specific direction by mounting the massive inertial member onto the movable shaft and measuring movement cycle of the shaft. CONSTITUTION: An inertial moment measurement device comprises a jaw(16) where an object(18) to be measured is fixed; a movable shaft(14) for supporting the jaw, and which is arranged to move in the rotating direction of the object when the object to be measured is twisted in a specific rotating direction and returned to the home position; a fixing shaft(12) for supporting the oscillating shaft; and a fixing shaft support(10) for supporting the fixing shaft.
