PURPOSE: A method for utilizing a CFT instead of a casing is provided to prevent the collapse of a boring hole, and to simplify the procedure of construction, thus reducing a cost and a period of construction. CONSTITUTION: Instead of a casing to be inserted during a boring process of RCD for preventing the out break, a circular steel pipe capable of permanently installed in a boring hole is utilized as a CFT(11), and then concrete is charged therein so that the CFT and the concrete charged in the CFT cooperate each other, thereby it is possible to achieve a strong CFT post(10).
