PURPOSE: A device for preventing the loss and leakage of fuel is provided to prevent the loss and leakage of the fuel caused by the replacement of an injector. CONSTITUTION: A first supporting part(110) has a hole coupled to an injector and a groove for vertically supporting a fuel supply line(50) and a fuel return line(70). A second supporting part(120) has a groove for vertically supporting the fuel supply line(50) and fuel return line(70). A fixed plate(100) is composed of a coupling part(130) for coupling the first supporting part(110) to the second supporting part(120). A first fuel valve(200) and second fuel valve(300) are installed in the fuel return line(70) and fuel supply line(50) respectively, and open/close the fuel return line(70) and fuel supply line(50).
