PURPOSE: Provided is a seat winder for toilet bowls which uses a seat as a hygienic seat for each user so that it gives users a hygienic environment. CONSTITUTION: The seat winder for the toilet bowls comprises the parts of: a seat recovery part(5) which is placed over a bottom sheet; a frictional roller(6) which receives rotational power to rotate; a support guide bar which is connected to a connection piece at the lower side and guided back and forth; a support pipe which winds the seat recovered by placing a rotatable spindle axis at a shaft; a guide axis which is passed through the support guide bar and built between a support bar(8,8') and a standing sheet(34); and a coil spring(36) which is inserted into the guide axis with giving elastic power to the support guide bar.
