PURPOSE: A method for collecting and operating a fund is provided to collect a lot of small amount investor, distribute the risk for the failure of a project and give the smooth exchangeability to a part while the investor partially bears the personal responsibility of the investor. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of a project investment executor receiving the invest money from the personal or cooperation investors, endowing a vote right and the investment transfer right to the investor, and the executor periodically providing the investment information, such as the prospect, the analysis and the decision, for the projects. After carrying out a vote according to the vote right of the investors, a part or all of the gathered investment money invests to the project in case of the agreement above a fixed ratio. In case that a mutual agreement is formed between the investors, the investment transfer right is transferred according to an agreed price.
