PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an antenna module advantageous for high density mounting and size reduction in which the wiring method of signal line and the position of connection terminal in a multilayer package substrate can be set freely while suppressing resonance of microwave signal. SOLUTION: The antenna module comprising a multilayer package substrate mounting a microwave device and having an RF signal line 3 for transmitting an RF signal to the microwave device, and a DC signal line for supplying power and a control signal is provided with an interlayer connection line 11. The RF signal line 3 and the DC signal line are arranged in an inner layer of the multilayer package different from a connection terminal 5, thus suppressing resonance of microwave signal and setting the wiring method of signal line 3 and the position of the connection terminal 5 in the multilayer package substrate freely. |
