PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish easily a session without designating a counterpart station by a telephone number or obtaining in advance an address of a communication counterpart. SOLUTION: A control unit of a session server registers associated information and a unicast address transmitted from a picture transmitter/receiver in a session establishment database (step ST1). The control unit stands by until receiving a retrieval condition signal (step ST2), and when it receives the retrieval condition signal, it searches the session establishment database for the associated information corresponding to the retrieval conditions, and presents the unicast address which agrees with the retrieval conditions to the picture transmitter/receiver (step ST3). |
