PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrance/exit managing device for generating a massage which the user of an entrance/exit managing system is to display to an individual, designating the number of times for preferentially displaying the message and displaying an input/output operation at every time of entrance/exit operation. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a terminal controller 4 which has a reader of a card and a fingerprint for specifying the individual and a display unit displaying guidance and manages entrance/exit by controlling an electric key by the result of collation by the reader and with a data setting terminal 7 setting individual information required for the management of entrance/exit in the terminal controller through a network 1 and collecting information on history preserved in the terminal controller. The terminal controller 4 is provided with an individual number table 10 storing message data which is set for every individual number. Message data corresponding to the collated individual is retrieved from an individual number table and it is displayed on the display unit. |
