PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a network resource contracting system capable of economically and efficiently providing a resource corresponding to the request condition of a user. SOLUTION: A provider facility 13 is provided with a user management table 14, a resource management table 15, a contract procedure mechanism 17, a tariff setting mechanism 16, and a resource managing mechanism 19. The situation of a resource use is stored in the resource management table 15 by a resource managing mechanism 19, and the menu of a resource to be provided to a user and the tariff is prepared by referring to the resource management table 15 by the tariff setting mechanism 16 in response to the request of the user, and the menu is presented to the contract procedure mechanism 17, and the menu selection result is received from the user so that a contract can be concluded. Then, a service condition corresponding to the selection result is stored in the user management table 14. |
