PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to perform data conversion satisfying user's needs with small amount of work by improving the efficiency of data conversion work. SOLUTION: Conversion request information and conversion source data sent from a first terminal 1 and information on delivery of goods sent from a second terminal 2 are received at an order management part 105, a data conversion tool is selected and determined by a data conversion method determination part 101 based on the conversion request information and the information on delivery of goods, the converted data is sent to the second terminal 2 after the conversion of data by a data conversion part 102 with the use of the selected data conversion tool. Thus, data conversion is performed in accordance with the user's needs requesting data conversion with small amount of work by the selection of optimum data conversion tool corresponding to the conversion request information and the information on delivery of goods and automatic execution of data conversion.
