PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug history control system capable of easily seizing past and present prescription information on one patient, and capable of preventing a double and excessive drug prescription and a side effect caused by the prescription. SOLUTION: A card 6 for storing proper information on the one patient is issued to an individual patient 5. The patient presents the card to a pharmacy 10 together with a prescription issued by a doctor 9, requests a drug, inputs the content of the prescription with every one patient to a control means 11 through an authenticating process by the card via a communication means 8, stores the content in the control means, and inquires a prescription history for the one patient of the control means through the authenticating process by the card via the communication means in the doctor and the pharmacy when dispensing the drug of the one patient of next time. |
