<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a resin-based solar battery panel to obtain a solar battery panel which assures higher manufacturing yield and durability and can easily be matched with a shape of the surrounding structure, without application of stresses on the solar battery cell and module, even if it is formed in a shape of curved surface. SOLUTION: A solar battery panel precursor 5 is pinched and fixed by clamps 6. A part provided at the external side than the edge portion of PV2 and allows existence of sheets 1, 1' to be pinched. The sheets 1, 1' are heated with a heater 8. When the sheets 1, 1' are heated up to the temperature enabling molding, the heating process of these sheets 1, 1' is stopped. Simultaneously, a clamp 9 for solderless connection is closed to connect the sheets 1 and 1'. Upon completion of solderless connection with the clamp 9 for solderless connection, a die 10 is tightened, while a fluid is supplied with pressure from a metal cylinder 4 via a hose 7.</p> |
