PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component with a cooling jacket aiming at the maintenance of the function of the electric parts and long life by keeping the temperature within suitable range, by preventing the heat generation of electric parts. SOLUTION: The electric component with cooling jacket comprises a cylinder- shaped electric component 1 having electrochemical element 12 at its inside, and a cylinder-shaped cooling jacket 2 surrounding outer periphery wall 9 of the electric component so as to form a closed space 3 between the electric component and the outer peripheral wall 9, and the cooling jacket 2 has a plurality of inlets 4 and outlets 5 so that the fluid flows through the closed space 3 as a flowing path.
