PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-synchronizing transfer control circuit having the function for accurately stopping data transfer operation or executing the data transfer operation step by step without breaking down data in the desired optional timing, and a data driving information processor using this control circuit. SOLUTION: A transfer request control part 20 sets a signal level of a mode control node SG according to a signal level of a mode control terminal STP taken in the timing in synchronism with a transfer request signal from a front stage part. A transfer control part 10 prohibits data transfer to a rear stage part even when a data transfer executing condition is arranged in the rear stage part according to the signal level of the mode control node SG.
