PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-sized speaker concealed in a wall or the like. SOLUTION: Front parts 10a, 10b are placed along upper and lower edges of an opening 4 of a wall body 2 to which a non-concealed speaker box 6 is inserted and are brought in contact with the surface of the wall body 2, rear parts 20a, 20b are placed apart from the rear side of the wall body 2 and coupling parts 22a, 22b couple the front parts 10a, 10b and the rear parts 20a, 20b through the opening 4. Pressed parts 24a, 24b are placed on the rear side of the wall body 2 in the length direction of the upper and lower edges. Butterfly screws 34a, 34b are coupled with the rear parts 20a, 20b to depress the pressed parts 24a, 24b. When the speaker box 6 is inserted into the opening 4, flat plates 14a, 14b couple the speaker box 6 with the front parts 10a, 10b.
