PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance waterproof of a grommet for a door. SOLUTION: The grommet for a door is inserted and fixed in a roughly L-shaped recess formed through the end surface of a door frame to the inner surface of the cabin. A door harness is passed through the inner surface of the cabin to the end surface and wired to the car body side. In the body made up of rubber or the like, a stepped recess is provided on an outer surface at the part covering the surface of a recessed part of the door frame. A metal plate is buried in the stepped recess so as to form the surfaces of the metal plate and body on the same plane. While the size of the metal plate is set to make the outer peripheral edge project from the outer edge of the recess in the door frame so as to be disposed on the surface of the door frame via the body, a part of the metal plate projects from the body so as to provide a door fixing part having a mounting hole. At mounting onto the door, the body can be pressure fixed on the surface of the door frame by the metal plate. |
