PURPOSE:To remarkably enhance gas barrier properties as well as to conduct a lamination and coorientation perfectly in an easy manner by providing a specific polyamide resin layer on a polyester layer. CONSTITUTION:A polyamide resin is composed of a unit, which consists of 20-90mol% hexamethylenediamine unit with reference to all diamine units and 0-49mol% oxydiacetic acid unit and/or 1,3-phenylene dioxydiacetic acid unit and 100-51mol% isophthalic acid unit and/or terephthalic acid unit with reference to all dicarboxylic acid units and meets a formula ([b] is a mol percentage of methaxylylenediamine unit to all diamine units and [d] is a mol percentage of isophthalic acid unit and terephthalic acid unit to all dicarboxylic acid units). This polyamide resin and a polyester resin are coextruded by using, for example, two extruders to obtain a sheet. This sheet is oriented longitudinally and/or laterally to obtain a film-form laminated and oriented molding. |
