RUBBER ELASTIC SEALING DEVICE BETWEEN SEPARABLE TWO CASE SECTION

PURPOSE: To eliminate a reinforcement fin and guarantee a durable seal by supporting a foreign section seal up piece only on the side wall of a case and inserting to a groove without a support force. CONSTITUTION: An foreign section seal up piece 3 is provided to seal up elastisity between an automatic transmission case 1 and the oil receiver 2 for vehicular drive device consisting of a plastic and inserted into a groove 4. This groove 4 is formed by the free end of respective side walls 5 of the oil receiver 2 and a protection collar 6 projected from this side wall 5. The protection collar 6 acting as the shield wall for the elastic foreign section seal up piece 3 extends beyond the side wall edge 5a and ends just before the transmission case 1. Thus, the reinforcement fin in the seal up range can be eliminated and durable seal up can be guaranteed.
