PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting creation of a work distribution table capable of creating a work distribution table properly and easily and capable of conducting simulation to actual work. SOLUTION: The system for supporting creation of work distribution table whereby a posted worker performs an element task and assembles a product in a fixed cycle time 135 creates a work analysis table 120 which sets the number of workers (A, B, etc.), to be posted for each kind of product to be assembled, procedures of the element task to be implemented by each worker and a standard work process time 122 that adds up the standard element time, creates a weighted average distribution table 130 by multiplying a ratio of a kind of product to flow from a production plan by the number of processes of each kind, finds a weighted average cycle time 132 for each process of each kind by multiplying the weighted average data by the standard work process time 122 of each process which corresponds to each kind of the product and makes the accumulated cycle time 134A-D fall within the fixed cycle time 135. |
