PURPOSE: To obtain a multilayered film not containing a component corrosive to a processing apparatus by interposing a chemical agent comprising a nonionic product not substantially containing a group of an inorg. salt and resulting from the polymn. reaction of specificα-olefin and methacrylic acid between a high density polyolefin layer and a polyamide layer. CONSTITUTION: At least one high density polyolefin layer is composed of a polyolefin film with a density of about 0.930-0.960 g/cc and a polyamide layer is composed of a film comprising nylon-6, nylon-9, nylon-11, nylon-12, nylon-6/6, nylon-6/9, nylon-6/10 and nylon-6/12. As a third component of a multilayered film, a chemical agent being a nonionic product accelerating the adhesion of the high density polyolefin layer to the polyamide layer and obtained by the polymn. reaction of at least one 2-6Cα-olefin and methacrylic acid and characterized by that any carboxylic acid group is not neutralized by alkali metal ions is used. The adhesion accelerator is used in an amt. of 4-14% by wt. of the film.
