<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the maximum amplitude of a multiplexed signal in a transmission device in a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) system. SOLUTION: When data 21 is inputted, a spreading code 31 is selected, and a spread part 11 spread data 21 is by the spreading code 31. Since the resultant spreading signal 41 is of a first wave, it passes through a multiplex part 5, is modulated, frequency-converted and is amplified, and it is transmitted from an antenna. When data 22 is inputted, spreading codes 32 to 37 except for the spreading code 31 and the spreading code 31 are added and a maximum value in the numerical sequence of an addition result is obtained and the spreading code 32, having the smallest maximum value among the respective maximum values, is used and data 22 is spread. The spreading signal 42 is multiplexed with the spreading signal 41. A similar processing is performed on data 23 to 27, and multiplexed first wave to the n-th wave signals are outputted. In respective multiplex stages, the spreading codes which are not mutually similar are used.</p> |
