<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting method of a base board connector to an electric circuit board by which, a PCB can be easily inserted into a through hole of an electric circuit board, and a backlash can be restricted, and to provide the base board connector. SOLUTION: After relatively positioning a base board connector to a electric circuit board 21 by inserting a top end part of a positioning protrusion 15 protrusively formed on a mounting surface 11 of an insulation housing 3 facing an electric circuit board 21 into a positioning hole 23 formed on the electric circuit board 21, a top end part of a PCB terminal 13, protruding from the mounting surface 11 toward mounting direction, is inserted into a through hole 27, at the same time, the base board connector 1 is fixed to the electric circuit board 21 by inserting the top end part of a mounting arm 7 formed at both side surfaces 3L, 3R of the insulation housing 3, protruding toward mounting direction into a mounting hole 25 formed on the electric circuit board 21, and by making a locking protrusion 9 formed at the top end part of the mounting arm 7 penetrate through and lock to the mounting hole 25.</p> |
