PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield treatment structure that is capable of preventing the slippage of a terminal for grounding connection that is held between a first clipping part and a second clipping part. SOLUTION: An electric contact part 38, to which a terminal 22 contacts, is formed on the first clipping part 23. And a pressing part 43 by which the terminal 22 is pressed on the electric contact part 38 is formed on the second clipping part 24. Further, a pair of first movement regulating parts 50 which contact with two points on the outer face of the terminal 22 in the width direction of the terminal 22 and a pair of second movement regulating parts with which both ends of the terminal 22 can contact respectively in the longitudinal direction of the terminal 22 are formed on the pressing part 43.
