PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic image reproducing unit which can reproduce a dynamic image file, while synchronizing voice data with image data without requiring a sync signal by a hardware. SOLUTION: The dynamic image reproducer 1 reproduces a dynamic image file with which image data, comprising at least a sheet of still image, are recorded in correspondence with one voice data being reproduced with the same timing. With reference to the reproduction end time point of voice data Si at each timing Ti, reproduction of image data and voice data of next timing is started a each timing Ti. For example, with reference to the production end time point of voice data S1 regarding a timing Ti, reproduction of image data P2 and voice data S2 of the following timing T2 is started.
