PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple shielding capable of shielding with a single shielding plate. SOLUTION: An electronic unit stores an electronic component mounted on a printed board, to generate an electromagnetic wave in a direction crossing with an electronic component mounting surface of the printed board, in a case having an upper case made of a resin and a lower case made of the resin. The electronic unit comprises the shielding plate which is disposed at a distance from the component above the component.
