PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the layout method of a semiconductor device for separating the power source of a power source separating macro by laying out an annular power source surrounding the power separating macro. SOLUTION: The layout method of the semiconductor device has a step for laying out the power separating macro, a step of laying out the annular power source surrounding the power source separating macro, and a step for laying out power source wiring connected to the power source separating macro and power source wiring connected to the circular power source. The circular power source surrounding the power source separating macro is laid out, and power source wiring connected to the power source separating macro and power source wiring connected to the circular power source are laid out. Thus, the power source of the power source macro can be separated.
