PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display having a high luminance and a low power consumption. SOLUTION: This is composed of a cathode (11) formed by lithium, a light- emitting layer (12) composed of an organic layer, and an anode (13) formed by an ITO, and the first glass substrate (14) and the second glass substrate (15) are arranged at these both sides. Further, a circularly polarized light plate (16) is arranged at a surface of the second glass substrate in order to prevent the reflection from the cathode (11). Furthermore, on the surface of the circularly polarized light plate (16), a microlens sheet (17) is formed where plural microlenses are formed.
