PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for registering combination information of a pair of specific telephone and communication terminal in a unit for managing communication between a telephone and a communication terminal in a private network. SOLUTION: The communication management unit 100 comprises a section 102 communicating with a PBX 10 and a PC 14, respectively, a table information storing section 106 for storing combination information of at least a pair of the extension number of each telephone 12 and the IP address of each PC 14, and a table information control section 104 for storing the combination information of a pair of extension number obtained from one telephone 12 having responded to a combination set request from the PC 14 through the PBX 10 and the IP address of a PC originated the combination request in the table information storing section 106.
