MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR PLASMA DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple process method for forming bulkheads having different heights. In prior arts, forming the bulkheads which have different heights requires complicated processes because of their complicated shapes, and is expensive. SOLUTION: It is possible to form the bulkheads which have different heights through only one time developing and one time printing by combining processes which are a coating, an exposing and a drying, using a photosensitive paste. As a result, low cost of the bulkheads which have different heights can be realized.
