PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the operation of an application server efficient and to simplify the designing in the Internet. SOLUTION: An application server system for processing information to generate dynamically a file, receives various data in an Internet standard text format and makes all of the received data including a header suitable for an optional Internet message protocol by converting all of the received data into information defined by a meta tag typified by an XML (Extensible Markup language). When the server system transmits various requests to the outside, the server system preliminarily processes all of the data including the header by a telegraphic message format defined by an information designator in response to the Internet standard text format to make the processed data suitable for an optional protocol and to transmit them.
