PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective circuit for a power source circuit, through which devices can be protected, and a removable disk device employing the protective circuit for the power source circuit, concerning power source protection circuits and removable disk devices. SOLUTION: The protective circuit for the power source circuit is provided with a power source switch arranged on a power source input section for the device 2 and performing on/off switching for power supply, and an excess voltage detection section for detecting an excess voltage, wherein the power switch becomes off when the excess voltage detection section detects an excess voltage. |
